Grill Recipes

Grill Recipes provide a quick and easy method of cooking, whilst retaining the full flavour of the food. It requires very little additional fat or oil, apart from maybe a light basting, making grilling a more healthy option. Grill Recipes are also useful for barbecues and there is nothing quite like the aroma of meat roasting in the open air to sharpen the appetite! Vegetables can also be cooked in this way, adding an extra tasty, roasted flavour which is absent when vegetables are boiled. The word "grill" simply describes the wire grid that the food is placed upon for cooking, which is by means of direct heat coming from above or below and there are many different Grill Recipes depending on the type of food and the method of heating. In the UK, grilling usually means cooking food under the grill section of a cooker. Char grilling can mean either slightly charring the items being prepared or roasting over glowing charcoal coals. Stone grilling is probably the healthiest option of all as, generally, no basting oil or fat is required. Unless you are vegetarian, Grill Recipes can be used when cooking meat and vegetables at the same time, providing a delicious variety of fare for a tasty meal or barbecue.
Indoors or out, your family and friends will be sure to enjoy the delicious Grill Recipes we have for you here.
